ADDED expressed appreciation for the ongoing efforts of these establishments to cultivate a favorable business environment within the Emirate.

The circular detailed several key compliance requirements:
Social media influencers must obtain a license from ADDED to offer advertising services through websites.

Economic establishments need to secure a permit from ADDED for any form of advertising, including promotional and marketing activities.
When contracting with influencers and social networking sites, establishments must ensure they possess a valid license issued by ADDED.

Non-compliance with these stipulations will result in substantial penalties as outlined in ADDED's table of violations, ranging from Dh3,000 to Dh 10,000.
Moreover, failure to comply may lead to the closure of the offending establishment, underscoring the seriousness with which ADDED enforces these regulations.
